Overall a good try
I had chicken noodles and cream of chicken soup at Pegasus. The noodles were good, but the soup could have been better. The restaurant has dining space on the ground floor and first floor. It's located opposite to St. Teresa's School. The service was good.
Good neat and clean restaurant. We had lunch here which was good. Cost is okay
A quite and calm place with a moderate ambience and the food is also quite good.... usually its a good place to hangout for an evening snack and a tea
I recently dined here, The Flavorsome Bite offers delectable food that is bursting with flavors and accompanied by a warm and elegant ambience,. The staff is offering helpful recommendations and prompt service.
If you're looking for a scrumptious combination, I highly recommend trying the aloo paratha and chicken wings at this restaurant and its offering a comforting and flavorful experience.
Nice place for every dishes you want. If wanna feel friendly environment here with delicious taste for you and your family then PEGASUS is perfect.
The atmosphere and ambiance is great. Great place to dine in with friends and family. The food is good. There are good varieties of food choices. Adequate parking space is there. The best thing here is the customer service, the staff are very polite and attentive.
A Day well spoiled -the worst dining experience in India.
Good food, Pathetic service
We planned for a lunch with family on this Saturday, and choose this restaurant in kannur for the same. A group of 9 people,we reached this place around 1.45pm ordered our lunch with soups, staters and main course.
The soups came after an hour of long wait. Then after sometime 1 starter came out of the 2 we had ordered .
Again the waiting period was embarrassing and they serve each dish with a delay making us share 1dish at a time with all the 9 of us.
Imagine the portion each can eat.
That too at 2.30 in noon where we had our parents who were diabetic.
From my earlier experience Generally in a restaurant anywher in India ,if we place an order , soups come together. Starter comes together.then main course comes together so people can enjoy the food .
Getting ,each food after a long delay and that too during lunch time with aged parents and kids is really spoiling the outing experience.
We were all really starved and it was literally like begging for the food.
The curry that was ordered had not been served until we asked if we shall cancel the same.
There was no proper AC where they had arranged for the group dining.
When check with the staff they said there is only cook to do the job.if this is the case they should tell us at the time of order that there will be a delay of more than 1-2 hours.
But the food was really tasty. as hat got served delayed and after spoiling the mood we were not able to enjoy.
Dear Pegasus Owner/ Manager
This is not the only restaurant in kannur.please visit any other restaurant if the kind and have a case study on how much time they will take to serve a customer.
And remember,even in a 5 Star hotel,they don't delay this much.
It was around 3.30 that we got the last dish ordered and we had to have it in such a hurry to burn the hunger.
Remember you are not giving any free food to the customer,we are paying for what we eat.
Such a pathetic experience in my life, that it spoiled the rest of the day,and made us embarrassing among our relatives who came all the way from Bangalore and it was like them to freakout what a kind of restaurant do you have in kannur.
A shame for the restaurant chain in kannur.
I personally will never recommend this restaurant to anyone even though the food was really good and price was reasonable.but the waiting period is something that you cannot forgive.
Even the serving staff were trying their best to keep the customers served on time ,but I believe they're not able to due to the less resources.
This is an insight ,I bring forward to the owner who donot take or consider customer feedback.
As if you really do you can see other reviews saying the serving delay and hopefully you should have improved it.
Never recommend this place to anyone, even to an enemy. We will take the precaution never to visit this horrible place again, and will spread the warning to the people around.
Thanks
Kannur have really good other restaurants where they know the value of time .
