Such a fraud ppl...they will suggest to replace the parts..and if u visit other Hyundai service centre they will tell that it's not necessary..and the reasons for replacement will be strange..Kanhangad is better when compared to this fraud service place

This is the new Hyundai showroom. Staff's are well experienced. There is no service centre here. All Hyundai vehicles are not here for the test drive. We want to book the test drive before visiting.The showroom is supercool. Nice ambient showroom near the highway. The old showroom was near by perumba juma masjid. There is no much facilities and space. Service centre is in kanhangad and kannur near by.

Pathetic Services. Never deliver what they say. Don't ever trust their commitments. Never deliver on what time they have assured. Pathetic Services. Time and again I get so disappointed with the people at peeyem.They have no respect for their customers time. I've been made to wait for an hour just to be told to come the next day by taking an appointment for a minor sensor issue. Let's not get to the service part of it.after all next day I brought car they took one day to fix one wire. I only wish they could improve their standard ...

The deserved rating is below zero, however the options here doesn't allow to choose my preference. If you get to to reach your home in your car after a service from this center, immediately participate in the highest lottery you know of. No doubt, you are that lucky to win the bumper prize. If you want to test the level of patience you have, deal with one their executives. if you dont loose control or you dont get frustrated, no doubt you are one of the best peaceful individual. If you are generous enough to give your car for experiments to the under trained servicemen of this center, you are welcome to do so. Your contribution towards developing automobile experts will be remembered. Ultimately, if you want to get your car serviced in a better way and get treated gently and decently, My suggestion is to never be in this center. They do not respect you, They do not have qualified technicians, They do not have people who know to behave professionally. I hope Hyundai may see this nature of harassers spoiling their brand reputation and take necessary precautions. As a customer every individual have choices to pick good centers, Peeyem should know they do not have choice other than treating customers good. Fellow drivers and owners, My chance is over. Consider for a visit if you would like to experience this and agree. Else, choose the best and not Peeyem

Very bad service..no one is available to give you any service. Only one lady. Rest all are comfortably seated. No vehicle to test drive. All irresponsible excuses

When we see this premises we will wonder how Hyundai has given permission for setting a service center in this building.They do not have customer lounge, not even providing a chair for their customer.Customer has to stand outside the service center till services get done.Staffs are not showing any professionalism, we will get even better customer care from a local repair shops.They don't have enough staffs so even for a small repair we need to go two or three times (I went their center on last week for repairing door handle of back door, they didn't have parts with them so they told me to wait one week for getting parts.During that time they told me they will inform me once they receive parts.They didn't call me and even not attended my calls. So I went to their center after one week ; 21.12.2021.They didn't have any front office so just asked to their security. He was a nice person, he went inside the center and brought one person and he just asked me what happened. I told him again my issues, so he just take me inside the center and told me to take booking for another day for repairing this my car handle.Surprisingly they even not having time slot for this week and asked to come next week for repairing. So total 3 weeks for repairing a handle of Grand i10)I am using Apco Hyundai service center ( Kannur & Kanjangad ) since 2013 but have got an excellent services from both center but this center made me feel very bad from my first visit itself.

I wanted to give 0 rating if there is an option. Two important things are missing with this service centre 1. Service guys and executive don't know how to behave with customers, they are very rude 2. Qualified technicians to service the car. If you are really lucky, you can reach home by driving a car serviced from this centre. Otherwise on the way car will have issues and stop working. For repairing this issue they ask you for a part replacement and that cost you higher than a regular service charge.

I was looking for a star which is lesser than one.. Such a worst service, i ever have seen in my entire 7 years journey with Hyundai.. These people are too cunning and no idea about punctuality and Promises. Just to save 500Rs on Petroll charge, i gave my vehicle here insted of APCO Hyundai service centre. They badly managed my vehicle and reverse senser got damaged.. Just to fix this i kept my vehicle for 6 more days in same service centre.. And for the parts which they damaged, they asked me to pay.. So never ever give your vehicle here.. Its not a review its a request
