So bad service.. I called here more than 3time and every times they just received the call and without greeting just cut it.. when finally I got them connected for the appointment,after passing half information they started talking with others beside her.. so poor staff and their behaviour.
Best diagnostic centre in Girishpark area. Avil all type Dr, blood test & special discount for senior citizen.
Poor service they do xrays and ecg in the same room and it was written on the door outside the xray room that no pregnant lady allowed and when I raised the concerns they asked me that i don't know anything and this is how it is done. Not sure if safety is really taken cared or not. I did not had a good experience.
please dont go to this hospital ever they are a cheater mainly the doctors . i went to this hospital for my teeth cleaning where they first charged the appointment fee which is 400 then the doctors charged me 1460 for the teeth cleaning and again they called me after 2 days for teeth polishing and again they charged 850 which is insane after that also my teeth was not properly cleaned and when i asked from them they gave me this rubbish excuse that those stains wont go bcoz this is genetic hardly they took 15 min on first day and 5-6 min on 2 day for teeth polishing. never go to this hospital highly dissappointed.... dont feels like giving even 1 star .Total they too me 2710 from doctor's name is Ajun sinha...SICKKK
If you care about your health and you are paying for your treatment, DO NOT GO HERE. There are a lot of other great hospitals and doctors other than Dr. Siddharth Gupta. Totally unprofessional, misleading and the worst sort of people work here. If you dont want to fall mentally sick out of frustration, just dont. Rest is your call
Very worst experience today (at girish park ,Kolkata peerless )doctor is not listening properly of patient in hurry . Do not give time to consult with patient's family. And not giving proper advice how to treatment. Also Doctor's handwriting in prescription very poor .
Pathetic. Very bad behavior with patients. .. I have 3rd no but after then shift to no 4.the counter incharge said no. is not important depend on waiting hour. My brother waited for 2hours.but after the incharge said patient should have to wait. This is not fair. .if a patient can wait then patient Kisko boltey H. .Very very bad service.
