PEEKU PARK YERCAUD - Tourist attraction in Yercaud - Salem, India

Those who love animals especially birds must visit this place in Yercaud because 300 per head is worth paying and we get opportunity to feed Birds from our hands. My kids loved it and enjoyed a lot. We can see Emu, Various rabbits, Hen, Dogs, Parrots, etc., Don't miss it when you go to Yercaud.Fun/Happiness Guaranteed.

It's a great place. There is a big bird enclosure. Once you get in the staff will give you some seed for which the birds will come and sit on your hand. Try to be there at earliest as once the birds are full they will not come to you that much. Also wear caps on your head as the birds tend to sit on the caps. Great for children as well.

Good place to visit. There are many birds and dogs. We can feed them and can play with them. The staffs here are friendly helps us to play with the birds and dogs. Though it's quite expensive a nice spot for kids and adults too.

Pros: A good one with lots of birds, rabbits, ostriches and other few tiny animals. They have trained birds to sit on people's shoulders, heads etc... With or without food. This gives us a good experience. Parking lot has good space and also we can park nearby areas, if required. Cons: Ticket cost is 300, which can be slightly reduced. For some places, the name boards are missing or they are under construction. Overall, a good tourist spot for all ages.

One of the nice attractions in Yercaud, they charge Rs. 300 as entry ticket. It is very much attractive. Children's will enjoy a lot. They allow to feed the birds. Birds will sit on us and play. They have dogs which we can feed and play for some time, but need to take separate ticket for this, Rs 100 for 2 person. It is advisable to visit PEEKU park in Yercaud.

This pet park was an instant attraction to kids and family. They had a wide variety of birds and animals. The overall experience was too good. They have properly maintained the entire area . Entry fee was Rs. 250/-, and it was worth the price. We had a new experience of interacting with the pets. They also had Ostriches, Siberian husky, Turkey, Rabbits, Goats, different varieties of hen and different varieties of pigeon. My children's are enjoyed very well in children park in the peeku park. And they are keeping well maintenance. There is a Cafe inside if you are looking for refreshments and have a wonderful tea here. And also here having a Nursery we can buy a plants in cheap rate. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Everyone should experience this once in a lifetime.

U can spend one hour over here.. With exotic birds, husky dog, emu, ostrich etc.. Parking is little bit a problem.. Better to go early in the morning.. We will be sent in a cage with open birds, they provide us with the seeds for feeding the birds.. They sit in our hands and eat the seeds.. Bird lovers will enjoy it a lot.. Macaws and toucan birds were also there.. Outside feed for ostrich, ducks, small goats are also given.. Emu, rabbits, guinea pigs were also there..

Best for children and adults also to relax and let of all the stress that has build up. There are different types of birds and animals. We can interact with few of the animals like rabbits, ostrich, birds and dogs.
