*Terrible experience* A patient who had history of anxiety and panic attack 2 yrs ago had taken medication and got completely cured with just a 20mg tablet, once daily . When he had an emergency while pursuing his higher studies in UK , due to unavailability of Drz over there , thought to consult Dr . Phillip John . Just *buisness minded* Dr and the staff , a prescription of 4 medicines were sent with *no instructions* in it and they claim that had mentioned verbally which wasn't done so . Legally the prescription should have the necessary instructions and unfortunately patient took 2 medicines in which one was supposed to be taken 15 days post the 1st one . Just after the 1st dose patient started experiencing severe body tightness ,breathlessness and totally black out with no means of emergency available at weekend there . Addressing the above concerns the attitude of reception and pharmacy were so discouraging, told to take an appointment after 2days as Dr is busy with new OPs . A Dr is responsible for the medication he prescribe and the patient he attends to . During his online consultation he never enquired about the patients past medical history and dosage he had . Such a sudden increase of so many tablets and dosage has put him in even more worse condition . In such a terrible situation if he can't even spare a 5min to talk I would say better not to consult such unprofessional people . Waste of online consultation charge of 5000/- and medicines with courier around 10,000/- which ultimately lead to a great harm to the patient . A request to the team , kindly avoid such medical negligence. Would never suggest such a person to anyone .

Very very bad service.. for tele consultation i paid 5000 rs. One time consulted.. thats also fine.. after that if we ask something they will not reply.. people asking help from ur side means, give its 100 percentage.. atleast 20 percentage. Money minded is not good .continuosly i am asking q.uestions..they will tell nex t day they will inform. Its very depressing moment.. very irresponsible team.

I have visited peejays clinic couple of years back, I have paid around 1500/2k for first session and I was given was 50 min/60 min session time. Peejays office Staff kept Interrupting multiple times during my session and doctors doesn't seem to bother... Later on he spoke to me, the only thing he asked me where I am from what do l do which was already mentioned in the form and he start explain how root of my difficulties are because my ancestry is from Kottayam. Lesson learned! Never returned again I chose this clinic seeing the google reviews, Which was a bad decision.

The staff at the reception are very irresponsible and not appropriate for that post... I called at 2.45 pm on 27/4 for an apppointment for Dr Bobby and after accepting the call,, they carry on with their personal talks and keep rhe customer waiting, listening to their junk talk and then attend to the customers.. This happened both times when i called.. They need proper qualification and training

My treatment with Dr. Philip was life giving. I would wake up to my inherent abilities and thereby new opportunities of growth and change effortlessly sprang before me. The Doctor's powerful counsel and prescription of a treatment would forever change the way I lived and functioned; until quiet recently, I battled debilitating anxiety and irrational fears which kept me jailed within an unending loop of hopelessness and negativity. But since I found a Guru in my Doctor, everything changed in divine order. I now have a purpose in life, I take pleasure in the simple things of life around me and I am closer to finding perpetual happiness within. In my understanding, Dr. Philip connects with his patients intuitively and his counsel for them is borne out of a selfless commitment to their betterment. And therefore, his prescriptions simply change their lives for the best; My changes too, are due to such interventions. I would forever be grateful to Dr. Philip for being a mentor and a father figure to me, beyond the obvious above.

Horrible service. Charged us Rs1500 just to make us wait 6 hours and finally say that my parents raised me in the wrong way. Depression is a serious illness faced by millions of people around the globe. Being a psychiatrist like him it is so wrong to say such things to the patient. He made my mother cry so much. Horrible doctor. Please don't visit his clinic. Totally not worth it. I think he should be the one to first consult another psychiatrist. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate.

We had an eye opening experience while consulting Dr. Philip compared to the multiple prognoses from various experts. Pros: professional with no-nonsense talk straight to the point with a accurate diagnosis and possible solutions. have vast years of experience a detailed description of why, how and what about the treatment and approach Not keen to stuff with medicines Focuses on minute details and aspect that helps and hurts overall well being Humble request is to allow virtual to physical consultation once in 6 months. Note: During our first consultation, we felt Dr.Philip is not ready to hear our concerns and does not show any empathy. But we stand corrected, Dr.Philip is a geniuine person without any falsse pretexts (or smiling face). He analyzes and gauges each individual within minutes (thanks to experience), points out what needs to corrected for best results. Thus our second and third consultation it was more open, friendly ready to hear. Similar to mentor mentee relationshiop. Hence I highly recommend Dr.Philip.

Dr.philip john is a very talented blessed doctor and only because of his medicines my daughter starts walking. We started treatment from past 3 years and she improved a lot & now lives happily.
