I joined Pednekar's fitness gym few months ago as I had gained weight. Rohit and Namrata motivated me to set a target and work towards my fitness goals. I had a really good experience at the gym and was able to reach my target weight in the stipulated time. They even gave me a proper diet plan which also helped me in achieving my target. Definitely the best gym in Mapusa. I joined Pednekars fitness a few months back and couldn't be happier. Rohit and Namrata are both such amazing trainers and take the effort to not only teach you the right form while you workout but also when to breathe in and out while you're doing each exercise which is so important. The entire team is always on the floor assisting you while you workout and the energy at this gym is always high and extremely motivating. Would recommend this gym over any other one.
