Great location, calm surrounding atmosphere & helpful staff which makes great first impression of the hotel. The breakfast was good which was served in a buffet style. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A very beautiful property although a bit expensive. Recommended for travellers looking for high budget hotels and trips. They have car parking facility as well. The rooms are very cozy and Morden and they have a wonderful restaurant and spa. The swimming pool is a complete bliss at this hotel. Very beautiful and pool indeed. The food quality is amazing and very hygienic and fresh. The staff are amazing and they are very friendly yet professional. Overall a great stay indeed. This was my 2nd stay here

I gave the order at 9.30 pm but service is so delayed that we got our dinner at 10.27pm. It's a harrasment to the customer. Worthless service. I recommend others that not to order foods from 'Taniya' a restaurant in Pearl Tree hotel. It's better to go outside for lunch and dinner.

Best hotel in purulia town...nice ambience...too good food...well behaved stuffs...i visit almost every fortnight...

I am giving 1 star because of food quality of this hotel , they will charge u like 5 star but the food quality was very poor, don't order mutton here because they serve Bakri mutton

This is one of the best hotels in Purulia town. Located centrally, this place is my top pick due to the parking facilities, very good rooms, good service and great food. Rooms are equipped with modern facilities. The food here is excellent. I tried a range of things like a caesar salad, spring roll, masala omlette, stuffed grilled chicken & manchow soup and honestly everything was wonderful with proper seasoning and perfect temparature. Even the breakfast spread was very impressive. However, during my last stay, the room that I got was very disappointing. The wiring wasn't proper when I checked in and had to wait for half an hour for the maintenance to get the lights & AC on. Half the showerhead nozzles weren't working and the room seemed a tad more worn out with torn wallpapers, low-pressure flush and so on.

It's the best hotel in Purulia n the only 4 star property, I stayed here for 2 nights. I enjoyed my stay. Food is okay, the pubs are also fine but the infinity swimming pool is the coolest n has separate small pool for children as well. Recommend for families, group of friends or even for those travelling solo as your overall experience will be good.
