Worst hair-falling experience ever Avoid focusing on the hair-fall problem. I've been using pricey shampoo and oil for a year with no results. Using a medication for the past three months that costs about 3,000 per month (9000 for 3 months). Simply put, they are making more money by selling pricey oil shampoo and medicines. Hence, when I go for my complaint, which is that I am not getting any results, they tell me to pay additional money for a new case and only then can I see a doctor. The doctor reprimands the receptionist for informing the client they needed to pay extra money for a new case or else advise them to leave because of the rudeness of the receptionist's behaviour.
