The hotel is very good in every aspect. It is in a good location, walkable distance to MG Marg, Lal Bazaar, cab stand.
The food is very nice and it is vegetarian. We have had our breakfast and dinner and it was really good. All the staff members are very humble and helpful.
I would surely recommend to choose your stay at Pearl Retreat.
Nice place to stay with your family.. Very near to MG road market may be 800 mtrs.. Good room service and food but pure veg food in house with great buffer breakfast ... The only drawback is that it is situated at very low level below the main road.. So elderly people will find it very difficult to walk up from hotel to the main road around 200 to 300 mtr steep inclined
We stayed at this hotel when we reached Gangtok during an excursion from college. I am reviewing from that experience, The location was awesome. But not satisfied with the service. Water was very scarce here. Besides, geysers were not working properly in some rooms. Otherwise all services were fine except water problem.
Nyc 3 star hotel. Great service and food. Buffet is definitely recommended. Rooms are big and comfortable. Location is walkable from mg road. There's a lift in hotel for all floors... Recommended
The hotel is very nearby to MG road. But the views from the rooms is not good, but from the terrace you can see arial view of the sikkim
Very Poor service and unprofessional staff . They don't listen after calling too many times. We booked in advance for 2 nights. On the 2nd evening electrcity supply was interrupted and we asked them for backup they refused to do so. We couldn't sleep whole night due to non working of fans. No AC in the hotel. We were with two kids. I strongly not recommend this hotel.
Room of this hotel is quite spacious and well organised. We felt little difficulty in walking up hill to go to mg market.
we booked a family room and paid for that, but family room was like hostel room, in one room there were 2 very small bathrooms. Then I opted for executive room which was good enough but they charged extra and even extra bed was not provided...
