Good ambience, but service is not up to the mark. Food tests are also average. Food and liquor is bit expensive if you compare with Plus resort. Night club is also good. I bought one whiskey bottom from the swimming area and I confirm with the staff that the same bottle I can bring inside the club at night and they agree but when I 'm entering the club they refuse to bring the same whisk inside. Overall good but the food test and services might be the deal breaker.
Most pathetic staff ever, The manager on the front desk was so unprofessional that he wasn't willing to accept poor service delivered by them. Extremely pathetic attitude. Housekeeping staff are too unprofessional who forget to clean the room and charge money wherever they get a chance. Restaurant staff are trainee people who did not noe what to deliver where. We got our dish replaced 5 times and on all occasions there was some or the other shortcomings in food. TV doesn't work, no hot shower coming. All in all this hotel us in sheer shambles! i would not even rate this resort one ar. Beware before you book this resort. To top it all the food and beverage manager tries to emotionally fool us by asking us to pay the entire invoice amount by expressing staff over here come from a poor background.

Pearl resort Silvassa Not so happy stay. Let's start with the entry. Surprised to see Security guard ask for name and mobile no, we were not entry any factory or office building. Why he needed those details. No one manning the Main door and no valet. Had to park car on our own, take out the luggage and go to reception where again it was gloomy and no Ac running. Checkin was fast. Got keys to both our rooms. For smokers one just had to open window and smoke, throw out the cigarette butts and ash out of window. No ashtray. Rooms and bathroom are big and cozy. Linen had mud stains. Towels over used and extremely dry. Bathroom fittings extremely hard to operate. Two bottles of water rationed per stay. so if a person is staying for an overnight only 2 bottles will be given. Extra water is chargeable. So basically it's a so called 3 Star hotel, with 5 Star room rates and 7 star In Room dining rates with average food and quantity. Forgettable stay. Not coming back EVER.
Loved the place, awesome properly, with a great pool and spacious modern rooms. All staff was very polite and supportive, 4T1 lounge is superb lighting and music.
Must visit place! The ambiance food staff everything is just superb. Must try their seafood pizza,Mutton dishes etc. All the staff are very humble and ready to help. Overall wonderful experience. Definitely visiting again!
The location is fine and clean. Its a nice gateway. + Night club is also fine. Do not expect much with the night club tho.
Decent place, but little overpriced for the services and amenities. Food - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Campus - 4/5 Room - 5/5 Discotheque - 5/5 My biggest concern is that the discotheque did not have sound proofing. I don't mind people enjoying the music, but for people like me who would want to sit and relax, it was a menace due to loud sounds and vibrations. I sincerely hope the hotel management does something about it.
