Everything is good , best PG for students who search average PG under low rent service !!! But the little problem is that you need to buy a can of water for drinking as the PG doesn't have proper service for filtered water. Overall above your expectations, in a low budget scenario

After 6 months:- Cons- After so many days I found that in this range you can find better room than this. Most of the toilet seats are not functioning you have to use common toilet. No regular cleaning of toilets they will just say every month there will be cleaning. Water tank is very very dirty I am also sharing a pic. Electricity is very very high. If you use only one led bulbs and fan it cost near around 500-600. In summer you gonna face water shortage. No proper ventilation if you want to cook food by own. Pros- Gym and ground is nearby so it is helpful for students. They provide bed matterss table chair for free. You can enter room at night too. (No time limit). Owner's nature is calm and good. When I joined:- Nice place. Location- Nice location very peaceful. Rent- Very affordable, I guess the best you can get. Double seater and single both available. Facilities- You will get bed, mattress, table, chair, bucket, mug. Water is always available. There is problem of drinking water you can buy it. No wifi. Timing- No timing restrictions. Owner- very helpful owner bunty bhaiya and also the rajkumar bhaiya is also always there to help you. Distance- It's little bit far but not so much. As per my experience the best place if you want to stay at bhopal near colleges like lnct.

very nice place for students and the owner is outstanding in all mind

Very good hostel, nice infrastructure with all the modern facilities. I stayed here for 3 years during my engineering time. I cant forget those memorable days.

Nice hostel having rooms with seperate washrooms and a gym near by it.
