Dear owner , I will like to share my experiences with you because it's very important . I booked the Pearl hotel with double occupancy for 3 months, Unfortunately your reception guy behaviour is very very pathetic even he doesn't know how to talk with customers that reason I checkout the hotel same days with in 5 hour. Even non of hotel staff appolised for that. Ultimately you losses your business. Please take care of such staff.

Few Highlights about the Hotel, Food was so delicious, till the last meal provided the meal as the 1st one. Service provide by the Staff from the start to end was so amazing. I just thanks to the All staff of the Pearl Hotel and banquets. We celebrated our function here and the service provide by the Staff was so good and made our function so special. Thank you so much.

The most pathetic place to ever exist in Ahmedabad is this hotel. The staff is rude, uncooperative and lacks any basic sense. The receptionists behavior was hooligan like, lacks basic humanity and is rude to even children. The washrooms are dirty with urine and stool lying unflushed. Nobody is bothered about cleaning the place and when the guests request cleaning, they are met with further rudeness. The decor is thoroughly below average and the food is made in unhygienic surroundings. If you want to fall sick and stay in an unhygienic with a staff ready to pound at your throat then by all means, waste your money by staying here.

I have visited Pearl hotel multiple times and food here is amazing according the place and locality. All starters are nice, good warm and fresh food served. Good service.

I went here for dinner and it was quite surprising, the food was great compared to the location and it was affordable too.

Having coackroach in our food..... Still no support from staff members. Very bad . Recommended not to go ....
