Worst first n last experience. The reception staff have no respect for new patients. I was made to wait for more than 1 n half hour n still they were allowing other patients but not us. Eventually I walked out and the uncourteous staff didn't even attempt to pacify us. Never again will I visit such worst behaviour hospital facility.

Good hospital with experienced doctors friendly staff and nurses.

I went there for a blood test this morning. The old lafy sitting on the reception was busy handeling her household issue rather than assisting me even after a lot of requests from my end. The nurse who was assigned to take my blood called another sister to find my never. Which clearly means the staff is inexperienced. The lady at the reception was confused about the cost of the test she changed the amount three times while telling me the costing as she was more interested in solving her house related issues. She didnt even give me the bill after i paid by card. She told me baad main lelo mereko entry karna padega and got back on her call when i shoulted she still didnt leave the phone but after waiting for 10 minutes she handed me the bill like she is doing a big favour on me. The over all atmosphere of this hospital is like the tv show office office specially the woman at the reception. Would not recommend going here to anyone.

If a patient comes to this hospital the doctors will ask for the covid test to be done and the patient become 100% positive Please think 10 times before check into this hospital ...
