Pear Tree Inn is a beautiful property and a place of good service by Mr.Udayakumar and Mrs.Usha Udayakumar, the Indegenous Badaga Community Couple, known for best Hospitality and Guest delighted satisfaction. The fully well- furnished cottages/ rooms/facilities surely attract new and regular guests and tariff is quite affordable when compared to other such properties in Kotagiri. It is a place for peaceful stay for entire family with facilities for their homely self- cooking infrastructure, couples for lovable holidaying and individual guest to enjoy nature, leisure with rejuvenation with eco- friendly surrounding atmosphere.
Best hospitality with a homely touch. Wonderful location. The hosts and their entire staff took so much care to even minute things starting prior to our arrival to post our return, making our stay so comfortable. Beauty, luxury, cleanliness, hygiene and comfort were all top class at your place- All these can still be replicated with attention to detail and investments. But your hospitality and your genuine care to make our stay comfortable was much more valuable than anything... We all usually message our family back once we reach or return to our destination. For a first, i remembered to message the wonderful hosts after we reached back as they really catered to us like family...
O e if the best home stay experience I have ever had at Pear Tree In . The hosts are great. The villa is located just at the bottom of the hill surrounded with lush green and blue sky. The room services are excellent and spending time in the lawn is not be if the most relaxing moment. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare own food as well. The only challenge I have noticed is the approaching road to the main gate, which would require some hill driving skills.
It is a serene place with a fantastic valley view. Pear trees and plants just adds beauty. Care takers are very friendly and approachable. Rooms are clean and courteous. Complementary breakfast provided every morning you stay is something unique. Cats will welcome you and you be in quiet serene location to revamp yourself. It is a safe place for family and friends. I will be visiting this property as soon as I get time
First of all thank you guys for google review. We made our mind for this property bcoz of your original reviews. If you are looking for pure clean nature, super hospitality, peace of mind and good home made food; please book this property. I went with family of 9 members and this property turn into best decision of our trip. I am really thankful to Amrith and his mother to help us in all possible ways. Really nice people with pure soul. Many many thanks to you guys and all the best I am adding some photos/ videos as well which was taken at property.
This is our first stay in Kotagiri. Memorable and Pleasant stay with family. There are many great moments about the place. 1. Great view from balcony 2. Best food in the city 3. Pollution and noise free place 4. Great deals on price and accessibility 5. Friendly coordinator. Please don't allow the people smoke inside. We will visit again for sure.
We had a pleasant stay here. Would recommend this for anyone planning to visit ooty, instead of staying there should choose kotagiri to stay. This villa is very well situated and have market place nearby and the bus stand of kotagiri in just 2-3 kms. The property is very well maintained and the owners are great hosts. Would love to visit again for another trip. The hosts provide great quality home cooked food. The stay is ideal for a family vacation.

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
