Amazing place with one of the best view the peacocks roam freely but it's advised to maintain distance and they are living there since decades without any fear of being harmed - perfect example of peaceful co-existence! A must visit place and the caretaker is such an humble and kind person.
You are going to love it, if you love nature. It's an awesome place where peacocks are being farming and protect from a long time. All peacocks comes together in the morning and sunset time to eat. In rainy the view is most beautiful and peaceful with the smell of moisture in the air and soil, all around will full of greenary. When they open their full wings in rainy, that is so nice and peace to view and enjoy. Request - don't go closer towards them because they afraid of human. Love them keep them feel friendly And please don't through any plastic or polythene or wrapper there, it will be unhygienic for them. Keep the place safe and clean for them.
It's a very interesting concept, but as with most great things in Odisha, no effort is made by authorities to make it popular or easy to reach. There is not a single signboard indicating Peacock valley.
Good time to visit: Early morning 5am-8am and noon time 3pm-5pm. You won't be permitted to go near the peacocks, you have to stand afar and see them. It's a good visit, peaceful and serene. Google map gives the right direction. Feel free to give any amount of money as you wish to the person that stays there and feeds the peacocks. It helps them a lot. He is a very generous and kind person. Donations in the form of food are not allowed. Good place to spend 30mins to 1hr. Not such a crowded place. Avoid visiting during rain.
Such a pleasant place, such a cool, calm and peaceful place. If you love birds then you can watch them for almost two hours.

What a place This place is just awesome. You get to see a lot of peahens and peacocks from a close distance. Lucky if you get to see peacock opening his feathers. Hatsoff to the people maintaining the place without Government help or funding. This place has no tickets or fee to go there. It will be great to contribute some amount (anything is appreciated) for food.
