Sterling Hospital is an extremely pricey establishment, leaving patients feeling financially burdened. The Billing department staff exhibit an unpleasant and arrogant demeanor. However, the nursing staff provides commendable care and assistance. It is important to note that despite the exorbitant costs, this hospital does not offer a comprehensive range of facilities, yet their billing resembles that of a luxurious 5-star hotel. My experience at Sterling Hospital was disappointing. I was charged a hefty amount of Rs65000 for a mere 1.5 days, and despite my efforts to negotiate, the staff refused to reduce the billing amount. I strongly advise against choosing this hospital as it lacks transparency and customer-friendly practices. Explore other options to ensure a more reasonable and fair healthcare experience.

Hopeless hospital and staff. there PICU section is literally using as laundry room. and there is no doctor available in PICU. even there own nurse are tired of calling them during emergency. we saved our patient by changing from this hospital. They didn't even can't communicate with insurance persons. doctors, finance person are also not able to talk.

Worst hopeless hospital. Dr. Disle is not even worth of DR designation. He didn't give vaccination to my baby after birth which should give immediately .Then They admitted my baby because of jaundice n after that they started there trap. They did some tests of which they didn't show reports before discharge. They put oxygen on my baby saying he has kidney infection n asked he was critical n moved to MGM hospital. This hospital is playing with newborns life just for the sake of money. Plz plz don't go to this hospital for delivery. My baby is 5 motlnth old n doing well they just created scene to show he had some severe issue. Nurse n other sstaff is rude, unprofessional n has unnecessary attitude. Don't go to this hospital for God sake.

The hospital is just like a government hospital where administration is pretty poor. They have less private rooms and the staff in general or semi private rooms has no Hospital etiquettes. They don't care about the patient but just keep on following their own ways and processes. Nursing staff and trainy doctors speaks loudly, their phones and mobiles rings loudly, at any time during the night they come to the room and turn on the lights which is a sudden flash on the patient's face which disturb the sleep. After many requests they never changed and they have their own excuses. The main doctor visits hardly 30 seconds as they say they are very busy. The insurance and billing department is pathetic.. They forget to submit very basic documents like blood report to Insurance company for approval and this tool 6 hours to stay back in hospital doing nothing. Also, they don't have digital banking available. I paid some advance and the balance they gave me through the cheque.. So if you have Insurance then make sure there is private room available. If not then never dare to admit here or it will be nightmare for you.

One of the worst hospital in the entire town. If people want their relatives to retrieve to a good condition then I recommend don't even consider this hospital. Actually there are several reasons because of which one should avoid this hospital. Which are as below, 1. Incompetent doctor - well that would be very shocking but yes all the doctors those who treat the patient are basically trainee doctors without having any basic knowledge. 2. Incompetent staff- staff is so arrogant & impolite that even if a process is in their hands still they will ask you to resolve the entire hospital. 3. Bad service-service of each and every element is so bad that the entire hospitals stinks, washrooms are not clean, bathrooms are also not clean, etc. 4. Administration-while admitting a patient even for the normal test, they will first ask you to get admit then only they would do a normal haemogram test. On top of that for before getting into the process of any path lab test they would ask you to pay a deposit. Which incase if there's some amount which needs to collected from the hospital then they would ask you to wait for 2-3 days for the cheque. In all entire hospital is a mess with no hygiene & no protocol.

It's very fraud hospital and it's suggested hospital by local doctors available in pimpri Chinchwad. Local doctors taking commission from this hospital so they suggesting to admit in this hospital. My baby was admitted here and charged 3 lac for 3 days. I will suggest please choose another hospital. Doctors and nursing are not available on time and very rudely behaviour. They don't give any discount on medicine charges and use their own medicine only not prefer outer cheap rate medicine. They refused to reduce 1 rupees in billing amount on discharge day. I am uploading my bill here. I am requesting you to all please don't appointment this hospital else you have to sell your property or kidneys. Thanks

It is a very good hospital in treatments. The ambience and facilities are good. Various faculties like chemotherapy,ICU,emergency services,trauma care,etc. are present. There is a lot of parking area in the hospital. But the canteen of the hospital does not provide such a good food. Overall the behaviour of staff and doctors is polite and humble.
