PC Jewellery Patna center is located at Boring road. The place is a beautiful mansion, white-cladded gate looks lavish. Service is good, staff are cordial. Good thing is they go by policy, hence before buying just ensure its valuation and resale policy at PCJ. However, jewellery collection is limited. Maybe they would replenish the stock seasonally. When I visited in August, they had few items in mid-range of major ear-wrist segment. Boring road is having multiple jewellery houses including Titans, Alankar, Heera-Panna and Tanisque, PCJ might be a value buying place. So, all good, go and explore the place. Thanks.

They will serve you very well and solve every questions. Must try this place. Only draw back it, whenever you want to sell your ornament they takes a long long time and very lengthy process. Company should think about it in serious way.
The worst shop i have ever came across. I have been cheated twice over here. All the staffs are fraud here they do not give proper information and mislead the customers. They are playing with the customer's hard earned money. It's a request i would want to have a word with the senior and want to ask where to reach out for this serious issue. And moreover i would suggest everyone not to visit here. THANK YOU

I haven't visited the shop personally, but after seeing the genuine reviews I would better keep a distance from this store not only this location but all India locations. Surprisingly no action is yet taken on the shop despite so many allegations. After reading all reviews it feels like one victim is not aware of other victims so they doesn't know if it was just their bad experience or its a habit of the PC Jewelery.
No response,rude behaviour,staffs are unprofessional... They don't even let you know the rate of anything.. dukan khole ho lekin chalana nhi aata..
