I bought 1 name pendant. Staff behavior is not good at all. And if you want something customised, it will take a long time. My pendant lasts 1 month. It's not good. And if you call them, they will take your call and give no satisfactory answer. My overall experience is very bad. And the pendant also broken in 1 time only. and then again they will take 1 week to fix.
Bad experience ,my friends wants to sell his aunty's neckless and PC staff did scam with him by melting his neckless and prove that his neckless is bad quality or purity gold and they give 94 thousand amount but we refuse and went to local gold sell and buying shop and they do another purity test and we give 1 lakh 6 thousand amount by local delar and in this amount he take his commission also .....so you thought how they pc cheat us
