The staff at the payment counter was extremely loud , arrogant and bluntly disapproving nature , pc jewellery are huge name in the Market this is what attracts us to go there and try our hands on their Designs but with such disappointed with service and customer handling is just so unethical and not so pleasing, that guy disrespected my father and didn't attended him well even after a purchase 2.5 lakh , such behaviour leads to lost of the customer and this worst customer service eww , never attending pc again , disappointed and disheartened

It was good experience and they were very polite and the items were good too . It was bit cheaper than tanishq too.

visited this place today to purchase a ring.. we finalised a ring & agreed to the price asked by the staff.. when we came for billing, the manager or some staff who was already sitting in the counter started behaving so badly and asked for an increased amount for that same ring.. we left the place without purchasing it.. No decency while dealing with customers.. I don't understand why they hire such ill mannered people..

Nice collection & Fabuless service by all staffs

The staff here is very decent. Here, social distancing is completely followed. And here masks and sanitizers are also used by everyone. And the quality of the jewelry here is also very good.

Total Fraud, Selling local jwellery in the name of brand, fooling the customers. Selling their local products. No finish in the products. Its just like eating rotten local burger inside McDonald's and paying same price. Never even go in PC Jewellers, Waste of time, Waste of money.
