I bought a ring and earrings from PCJewellers. One of his diamond came out in Ring only 4 days itself and when I went to the shop, they said that there will be a charge for it. I said, give me the money back because while sale it you had said that it will come any time. His money is returned immediatelyand any other branch also It's been 4 month but no response very big fraud
Its so unfair a guy working there since 5 years and they not increasing salary even manager is worthless ever not talk about it ahead 9k since 5 years ?????there is no any action taken by manager a guy working hard 12 hours job still you pay them less this his work even the store don't have much jewellers. Even they not pay salary on time always pay one month salary on 2nd end of months such a worst system ever for the what you are manager ....even in holidays they call worker to come in job in causal dress
Dont buy any scheme or investment plan from them , this is just a trap. They will offer u something which is not worth at all. Even they Dont have gold coins

Really fraud store manager selling products saying different story and when it comes to buyback they are real fraudsters 8 years old product are valued even lower then for what you purchased and when you ask for valuation details they are not willing to share I will not recommend anyone to purchase from these fraudsters else money will be at state pathetic services
If you are going for repairing your jwellery part and if you hadn't purchased it from the perticular store, they will not suggest proper advice and will not repair either.
Service is good but they don't have a lot of variety .
I visited this PCJ showroom at Logix Mall- purpose was to get my newly bought ring fixed up a bit that I purchased for my father on Dhanteras (from a different store in a different city ). To my utter shock: they don't have a centralised online billing system through which they can verify any purchase. I am really repenting my decision -: why the hell did I change my brand for this particular purchase; from Tanishq to PCJ...
