One of the worst seller , no proper service response, from 4 month onwards I have tried to return items from his store. Horrible experience, try to take it from local but never ever buy from pc jewellers NIT faridabad.
I can complaint about this place being expensive, but they're jewellers they're supposed to be expensive. Everything was okay. A lot of designs, beautiful people handling customers. Tea, coffee or cold drinks when they realize you gonna buy something.
it looks like a government store..noone interested to work..moreever they did not bother to serve water even though we spent almost 90 mns..we bought a gents ring ....the manager behaving like he was the owner of pc jewellers...such people should not be occupied at front end....useless
Very poor experience. They had less to no variety in gold pendant sets. Moreover the staff behaviour was really bad, they seemed disinterested in showing Jewellery and showed max 2-3 pieces. In the past I have done most of my shopping from here but doubt I will be going back there again. There are other Jewellers who have much better variety and better staff.
Behaviour of staff is unprofessional, they don't trust online payment, the customer has to wait for 2 to 3 days to get the clearance from their head office, even after amount is debited from your account. They serve water that too unhygienic. Very bad market practice. Issu
Poor customer service! They don't even bother to ask customer whats the reason for not buying! Seems like they were overwhelmed with the whole day sales at around 1 pm.
The reason for giving 1 rating is that they dont have option. Very limited designs.
