The collection is not that great with only limited options to choose from but the staff is welcoming and the ambience is pleasant.
I want to share an incident happened yesterday at PC Jwellers, Supela, Bhilai. I have ordered a diamond ring on 07 Feb 2022 with a confirmation of delivery within 20 days as promised by sales person Mr. Suresh. However, till date they have not delivered the diamond ring. When I asked Mr. Bupendra, branch head to give the ring else return the money on 19 Mar 2022. He started quarreling and fighting with me and told me " tujhe jaan se Marwa dunga" and himself called the corps to get out of the quarrel. This is the condition of customers now a days. Actually, I sharing this so that nobody else will be trapped by them. Presently, Neither they give money back nor the diamond ring. It's from last 45 days. Subsequently, I have logged a complaint in the nearest police station so that they will never cheat customers who have good faith in them. I appeal people to Share it if they feel they put an end to this type of fraud and misbehaviour with the customers.
Great place to purchase gold, diamond. Mr. Aman Mishra and Ms. Durgesh Nandini are awesome they treat in so well that I always suggest my family and friends to visit that store.
PC jewellers Bhilai has quite good number of designs.. You may find the prize at higher side but the quality of gold is good. I found that PCJ Raipur and Bilaspur are better as compared to PCJ Bhilai in terms of variety of available designs.
Good hospitality and staff specially Ms.Meshram but the designs available were limited .more options must be available
