Poor behavior. Bad staff
These guys stares at you as if you are a thief or a begger... I visited here today with one of my friends as he had to submit his installment. We were stared at by you staff without any basic customer service attiquette. No smiles on the salespersons faces... No welcome. No, nothing. If I am gonna buy any jewellery then definitely this place is off list
Very bad service... The staff is behaving badly with customers nor were interested in entertaining customers who want to buy small value products... The guards were specifically asked to say a big no to customers who are coming for buying coins only.... Many customers there were getting frustrated as they were busy only with people purchasing above 1 lakhs products.... Highly disappointed... Tanishq is a much much better place to go...
