How we lost trust in this Not So Customer Centric shop. Three things- 1. We'd purchased dozens of items over the last 3 years. Even enrolled in their annual cyclical schemes and what not. 2. Visited the shop today with a long list of items for a wedding however, Recently one of the diamonds in one of our family rings fell off, zero accountability, zero response, pathetic and poor customer service. 3. When confronted with the idea that take this ring back, give us the value so that we may shop something else, the staff has a joke of an excuse, "we're just employees sir, corporate office in delhi is shut these days, we can't reimburse anything" 3 years on, just realised, what bunch of pathetic fraudsters are running this outlet. Fake promises, fake clien dedication.
