Nice collection according to a place like Gaya. You get good choices of jewellery and that too branded. Specially diamond ornaments like Ring and set are awesome here. Little overpriced in making charges, but since it is a brand it is expected out of it. Better than Tanishq Gaya outlet both in terms of collection and price. Staff are cooperative and friendly.

THEY MAKE OFFER TO YOU BUT THAT OFFER SUDDENLY STOPPED AGAINST YOUR WISH. THEY ARE TELLING NOTHIBG WILL HAPPEN TO PC JWELLER ITS BIG COMPANY THEY ONLY LOOT IN THE NAME OF BIG NAME. Very flattering service. Never fall in their trap. Never leave your old gold ornaments for new one as they will promise you of benifits of 20-25 thousands and will give you only Rs. 500-600 . This is a complete fraud but you cannot do anything after lending your gold here. Also the most important point, here the ornaments making charge is about 150% higher than other places. Try to look for other jwellery Stores.

Very worst experience! Don't believe in their policies bcz they are all fake. PC jeweller is a fraud. I know many who have been cheated by PC jwellers.

Pathetic service. They just are trained to mould your purchase after that you are of no value. I had purchased a Silver coin few days back and on Dhanteras(today) I went to take the delivery. The coin was just given to me in a plastic packet with the billing envelope. If a known person will face such a bad experience, how a normal customer will feel.

Collection is good but delivery of products always delays. Don't fol yourself of their schemes. Trust me, at the end of day, you feel cheated. Staffs are cordial, manager is good

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP . ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE TRAINED TO BEFOOL YOU. NEVER EVER LET YOUR GOLD HERE FOR NEW ORNAMENTS , in promise of benifits of 30-40 thousands they will give you only 2-3 thousand at the end for keeping your gold here. ALSO THE ORNAMENTS MAKING CHARGES IS ABOUT 150% HIGH HERE.

Very bad service from PC jewellers Gaya showroom.. I sold my ring here..they told that within one week , amount will be credited in my account... I have followed up three times..it is twelve days now, amount is not credited in my account... Very bad service ... Making many excuses, bank link is down,MD sign is pending... What rubbish they are telling to customers... Will never purchase anything from here...
