Customer service needs to be improvised. Its a Reputed brand, no doubt. Gold quality is also good.. 1. We bought many gold coins online, none of them had hallmark and out of curiosity we verified it recently by selling all those coins to another reputed store and observed that; all these gold coins were perfect 24kt only with proper weight. 2. But some days back, we have ordered a product online some, there was no sign of delivery. The order is still in pending status for more than a month. We were so much scared of losing the money. We tried approaching to the customer service to resolve it asap and got cold shoulderEd every time. We tried all sort of things; we mailed, whatsapped, called the toll free number billion times, even we call some stores in Delhi; Nothing helped at all...!!! We were extremly frustrated that time. We didn't expect a sudden downfall of such a reputed brand, as we had been a long time online customer. 3. Anyways the product got delivered after some days, also noticed that the customer service had been improvised a lot lately. Good to see! @PCJ team, pls value your customers and avoid retention. keep up the good work.

Hi, I am one of your unsatisfied clients !!! Your services and team is a big mess !! I ordered a pair of earrings online. First it took more than a month to arrive whereas we were given 20 days. Following this there is no way you can reach or contact the concerned person or team. And they still did not feel satisfied with our mental harassment, their courier service could not locate our home and on their site it says order delivered. Bravo. Such a fantastic job done by this company. Absolutely unpleasant experience and such a headache to order from here. This is my first and last time with them. I am going to post what services you guys have given to us on all the possible platforms just to know is this really how you guys work. Please stop calling yourself India's No. 1 brand. It's such a false statement

While I called in the store , and there was no response like hello and just started saying jo bolna h jldi bolye , this is not a fair response, while also I have been customer of pcj since 2015 but it is very sad to see there response and designs both have been degrading day by day

Poor customer service. Pathetic attitude from the ladies showing ornaments. Seriously something is very wrong with the way these people are trained or the culture they have developed over the years. Unbelievable.

pc jeweler is very useless, pc jeweler does not take back its sold jewelry, due to which customers have to bear loss in selling in the market, please avoid buying jewelry from pc jeweler,

Pathetic service pathetic staff present at this store they are looting people in daylight do not engage them for any settlement of diamond against gold if you stay in Delhi take the hard card or sue them they have to give it.

Just a few days ago, I bought a diamond ring from here for my engagement. As I belong to a middle class family, I was very nervous and scared before going inside, because I had never been to such an expensive place. But the staff there is so wonderful that not even once did I feel that someone would judge me, how I look or whether I am wearing branded clothes or normal. Many thanks to all the staff of PCJ, especially those who attended me.

Very arrogant staff , don't even know how to speak with clients . Lady on the reception is having a huge attitude problem not even telling her name , disgusting.
