Desai Hospital is a substantial healthcare facility with ample parking space. However, it tends to be consistently crowded, which might lead to longer wait times. During my visit, I tried the canteen food, and I'd describe it as good but not exceptional. It falls somewhere in the middle - not the best, but certainly not bad either. If you're in need of medical care and don't mind a bustling environment, this hospital gets the job done.

My mother recently underwent the cataract surgery procedure, and my father was treated for glaucoma.... we were extremely impressed with the level of care they both received. I am very happy to share excellent experience we had with cataract surgery of my father and today for my mother at Desai eye hospital Hadapsar. We were extremely impressed with the level of care my parents received. My mothers cataract surgery was complicated as she has Parkinson. But special skills and professionalism by Dr. Sucheta and supporting staff during surgery made the surgery successful. Also pre-surgery checks and post-surgery care was explained very clearly. We are very thankful to Dr. Sucheta and staff .. Thank you

Overall related to treatment it is good. Success rate is high. Hospital is clean. At start of the day one time housekeeping staff comes and does cleaning. I gave 3 star because of "Behavior issue" . From some Doctor till whole support staff and other person directly or indirectly related with all procedures, they behave very rudely. I don't know why but it may be work pressure or something else but this is the main problem. I have spend 2 day here and I have listened to much yelling from sisters or wordboy throughout the day. When we speak about specific doctor I don't know his name but he is tall and wear specs,he is too rude. This needs to be change. This is your job you have to be polite and there are some doctors along with you they are. Don't be arrogant. After operation when you are removing cotton from eye remove little bit softly, Patient have already in pain and you are removing cotton so harshly. I am not writing this is by my own, I have got some feedback and some are my observations. Rest all are good. Go with it....

I had a cataract surgery on my right eye and my experience was superb. All the personnel were courteous, helpful and competent. Dr. Sucheta Kulkarni did the surgery and she gave very good instructions for pre- and post-operative care. I can highly recommend this place for anything related to eye treatment.

Very good for eye patients. There is technology availability. It's very cheap.

All the services and staff are good and co-operative. But there is no proper place for parking. They only charge for parking but we have to park the vehicles on an inclined slope, in the sunlight for a whole day. There must be some shade or shelter for parking. The worker at the parking is also very rude. I have been coming here for almost 2 years, this situation has been same throughout my all visits. There were a few trees that are also cut down now.
