Even though it is being maintained by the separate housekeeping but local people are not keeping them clean. In India it's a tendency to always neglect Government departments and keeping them untidy. Hospital is full of foul smell. Still you can see old fans and old doors and window. Outer area is encroach by shopkeepers.
