I was so disappointed with the service and the staff was very rude and argumentative.
I ordered chicken tikka roll and they literally put "3 pieces " only.
I would like to bring this matter in attention to higher management and would request to pay my money paid back as I didn't get what i paid for and felt like my money got wasted.
Pros- It's the same style cook everywhere. I had pepper chicken. The gravy was thick, chicken pieces were decent size. The palace is in a organized market with ample parking. Seating is comfortable. Online payments possible.
Cons- No place to wash hands. No toilet and the kitchen is not see through. Customers should be able to peek into the kitchen to see sanitation levels and cleanliness.
It's a Ok place
We have visited this place several times. Few items are quite good but only few. Today, we have visited this place again and decided to share the review finally. Service Department needs to be improved upon to the larger extent. Customer Satisfaction is another area which needs to be improved a lot. Seating Layout can be made quite better in place of the current one.
A small and cozy place serving delicious non veg food for the right price. Chicken afghani, PB10 special butter chicken and Lacha parantha are a few items which one must try. One can order home delivery but its best taste is felt when eaten fresh. Hygiene and service of place is good. Hope they maintain it in future.
The worst food & pathetic service. Not even worthy of calling an eatery. They don't even have full raw material to prepare the food. Food I had was not even cooked properly. Rice was practically raw.
