This place is fantastic! The restaurant atmosphere is relaxed and cool, yet the staff is also really pleasant. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can see that making consumers happy is their first focus. The food is really delicious, with some North Indian classics and some South Indian twists, and the prices are well worth it....

Food was really good. Tea was tasty too. Service can be improved. Sambar was quite cold, it's better it is heated and given. Table was sticky and not cleaned properly. Waiters had to waved and called for tea, so that part can be improved.. Overall service should be improved for the betterment of the complete experience.

Food is good. But the service needs lot of improvement. I had multiple bad experiences here recently. Staff need proper training to deal with customer. They are not professional at all. They don't know how to treat customers or they are least concerned about the customer service. When you enter, there is no one there to attend you. You need to find seats by your own by monitoring all the seats. Nobody cares who came first or last. One day I went for dinner around 9:10 PM, Everything was over by that time. These guys will definitely spoil the name 'Pazhayidom' by all means. Please take proper action to improve your staffing if you are planning for a long run. Thank you

Hands Down... One of the best sadhya I have had in my life in a restaurant. This is a must visit and try for any vegetarian enthusiast. I was actually so full eating such a flavorful meal.

I'm rating this restaurant 2 because of their service. They took a lot of time just to bring basic items like tea and coffee, so you may forget about the time they took for bringing the main course. The waiters seemed OK though but we had to tell them more than 2 times about what we wanted and thus a lot of time was wasted only because of that. I wanted sugar free coffee and they got me coffee with sugar 2 times and there was other misunderstanding about the portion.

This is a fake named restaurant and it doesn't belong to the original kerala chef pazhayidom namboothiri..... Food taste was bad especially sambar and chutneys.... The restaurant was very dirty as there is waste everywhere... If we order any food they will bring the opposite.... Not recommended .

Had lunch (Veg meals) from here with family . Bill amount - 640/-( 4 persons ) Service - 5/5 Food -5/5 Cleanliness -5/5 Spl recommendation for payasam Very friendly and budget friendly restaurant for family. Toilet facilty , good number of seating and parking space available. Best Veg meals i got from Malappuram district.
