It's just a barren land filled with rock pieces and a single tree for shade. During monsoon the grasses grown and gives good greenish beauty. Sunset from this place is very beautiful. And nearby, TeaTalk, a good restaurant is available for tasty snacks.
Pazhamparamba Viewpoint is a scenic overlook located in Kozhikode district, Kerala, India. It offers panoramic views of the Chaliyar River, the Arabian Sea, and the Western Ghats. The viewpoint is a popular spot for photography, picnicking, and hiking. The viewpoint is located at an altitude of about 1,000 feet above sea level. It can be reached by car or by a short hike from the nearby town of Pazhamparamba. The best time to visit the viewpoint is during the monsoon season (June to September), when the hills are lush and green. However, the viewpoint is also beautiful during other times of the year.
This is a complete natural place. Acres of green land with some rock to sit and relax. Nothing more special but you will be surprised if you can get there about 4 PM , the sunshine lighting will take this land to another level.. you Can have a bundle of photos with veriety of colours... You can spend hours of leisure time with family too.. no authorised parking available but still there are plenty spaces. There are some teashops with delicious snacks around it.. Go and enjoy
Its a plane ground area with remains of sedimentary rocks. As it is at hill top you can see most part of that area by looking down. There is an old incomplete house which is mostly utilized by creative photographers. Just come and feel the place.
Anybody can reach here by any vehicle and hangout with their friends and family. Sun set view is very pleasure for your eyes
Kerala Tourism Department should focus on this place more. Murinjimad of Chaliyar is very near and the natural beauty of Pazhamparamba is fantastic.
I have been visiting this place for years now, best place to hangout with friends and family. Evening hues are majestic.
