Worst service!!! I've made a purchase 3 months ago at the store and out of few products that i bought 2 pairs weren't available in the size that i was looking for and I was told that stock will be arriving soon so I've agreed to pay for that pair as well. I received one pair may be after three days and the other isn't delivered yet (even after 2 months). The store guy doesn't pick up the call and nobody would have visited the store as many times as i did. They are not committed enough to deliver what they ought to and i don't usually write a review these guys pushed me hard and brought a remark to the brand. Pathetic service i should say.
Horrible customer service. The sales person Vinod Kumar Tiwari was so rude. On being asked to behave he asked us to buy it from kukatpally branch. After wasting so much of our time we had to come back from the billing counter as he can't bill any more items. People like Vinod Kumar Tiwari are gonna spoil the name of such good brands. Never go there visit kukatpally branch instead.

Had purchased a shoe yesterday at hyderabad India and the shop person swiped my card twice by error, he had assured me that the extra charged amount would be reverted to my account, which till now has not happened. Tried calling the manager of the store and was told i would be called back. Still awaiting. Not very happy with the service
Quality is awesome and price is less (very less), I bought shoes and I am adding this review after 11 months.
Worth the price and long durability. Not so reasonable prices, the quality of the product is very good.
