Fraudsters The whole team is a fraud! I highly don't recommend anybody to stay here especially girls. They will ask money for some processing charges(3k) and it will be non Refundable and when I asked what is process for verification why you guys are charging so much. The reply I got is police and society verification. Police and Society verification charges can not be this high. So I realised something is not right here. I genuinely ask the process for verification but no answer. That lady which is not actully lady just told me aap kahi or dekh lo pg. I just realised that these people are just doing fraud with people like us who seriously searching for accomodation in city like Mumbai. I mentioned to that lady that this is Fruad you can not take this much money in the name of processing charges. Normal flat k rent agreement ban jate hai 3k me, Then the lady who is actully not lady started misbehaving and she started abusive laguage.She's the most rude, misbehaving person I have ever deal with. Any professional PG owners or caretaker would not behaved like this.. They are completely fraud people. I highly recommend anyone not to live the place like this where such kind of fraudsters are there in management. I am very sure that these people are sitting to take our money in the name of there so called PG, which is fraud PG. DO NOT INQUIRE FOR THIS PLACE IN THE FIRST PLACE THAT IS WHAT MY RECOMMENDATION.
