Worst shop ever.I bought a pair of bird,the next day one of the bird died.So i went to the shop to change the other one,as the bird was not so active ,i think was ill...They said that once sold they dont take return/exchanvge.What kind of unprofessional attitude is that,at the time of buying ,nothing was being told.Now new terms and conditions were being told.They didnt even bothered to check the bird's condition.The same day the other bird too died.This shop is surely selling ill pets.I recommend don't waste money guys,this shop will never help you out ,if any problem arise.Worst pet shop ever

The best pet store in Guwahati, hands down. The staff are always super friendly, and offer helpful advice on all pet matters. Would recommend to anyone with a puppy, especially. I bought three lovebirds from there.Paws and Claws is a one stop solution for all your pet related information. I got my puppy labrador from them and as promised they provided me with the best quality. Their shop has all pet related food, medicines, accessories etc. The best part I like about them is how they never hesitate to help, be it over the phone or in person. From the day I got Coco my lab, there had been many questions about what to feed, which brand is better, or health related queries of my pup which Mr Rakesh Sharma helped answer gladly. There had been times when we would call him even at night and he would always pick up. The best customer service I would gladly say. The staff is extremely helpful. If you want a pet, a pet counselling or any of your pet products, go to them without a second thought.

They have a wide range of collections for your paw buddies. With minimal discounts and good quality products their attitude towards customers is also appreciable!

On 9th june 2023, I brought a male beagle puppy from this shop. They lied about the days of puppy and also they sold me a sick puppy. They told me it was 55 days old beagle puppy, but actually it was hardly a 30 days old puppy( doctor told me the real days of puppy after the puppy sickness examination). Just after few hours of receiving the puppy from this store , the puppy fell sick. By morning 8.00 itself i took the puppy to veterinary hospital khanapara, where told me that puppy was just 30 days old, it should have been with the mother because it is the feeding stage of puppy's mother's milk. So i contacted the shop owner and asked the contact details of the seller as they told me that the puppy came from their friends breeder. But they lied to me. As i couldn't gather info doc advice me to keep in syrup of puppy foods. I and my whole family tried our best to keep my puppy alive but at last he took his last breathe today. It just stayed for 18 days alive with his sickness. And most interesting thing i notice when i clld this selfish people to ask how to save the puppy and they asked to to return the puppy and they will refund the money. This store and its owner are the reason why my puppy died. Bloody liers they even lied they have a family doctor to look after the pets whoever stays in this store untill they gets home. Yes off course these were also their lies. Next time anyone buys from this particular shop look after the reviews. Or else you too will fall for lies webs.
