Had ordered around 230 kgs of dog food for the stray dogs of IIT Guwahati. Nikhil was always available and very polite. They also gave us discount and he charged no delivery fee for the order. Plus the delivery was quick. Just took a day to manage and deliver us the order. When I first contacted Nikhil the way he presented himself and his dogs and puppies was very heart warming. Working with him to find our furry, four-legged family member has been an absolute blessing! He is super friendly and helpful. I never would have imagined how overwhelming it could be to find this Shih Tzu(2 months old ) for our family. Nikhil quickly put our worries and anxieties at ease with his vast knowledge, experience, as well as health guarantees. He is an amazing person who breeds amazing dogs ! He cares about his dogs and is always willing to help. It was amazing that puppy chose us. I sat on the floor and cheeku walked right up to me, laid his head on my neck, then decided to crawl up and tucked his head under my chin and fell asleep. It was that easy for me to chose who would go home with me. CHEEKU has been a blessing addition to our family. He loves his cuddle time with Momma and playing with his big Brother BURJO ! he's so loving, energetic, and always keeps us on our toes! He's great around other dogs and is so affectionate with everyone that he meets. He LOVES food, loves to play,he spends his evenings cuddled up on the couch or in bed with us. We couldn't imagine our lives without CHEEKU. It has only been 1 day since cheeku came into our lives. He has settled right in.He is a quick learner, he knows his name when we call him, if we say no to something he sits, he's not perfect in his behaviour but we don't want him to be. He is after all a puppy. Most of all we are just getting use to each other, cuddling and playing with him is our main goal. He is active, friendly, cuddly, and more precious with each passing minute. Thank you PAWFECT, Thank you NIKHIL we are overjoyed that you were the one to contact and receive our CHEEKU from. No words can express our gratitude for everything you have given us through him. I highly recommend this place.

Very helpful, delivered food for cats in my care on an emergency basis despite not being open. Had to update the review based on subsequent negative experiences. Once I had agreed to their request and posted a good review, their service went sharply downhill. They put me in a horrible situation where I am stuck in North Guwahati with no food to feed the cats dependent on me. I should have expected such callous behaviour from people who breed and sell sentient beings like property. Not making the mistake of relying on unscrupulous individuals like these, again. If you are living in North Guwahati and rely on this one shop for pet needs, don't. Make time to take them or your purchases to the main city.

Its more than better. They will always look after your pet's health and the services are awesome. You can talk to them anytime they will always help you. More than doctor, you can share your pet's problem to them and i am assuring you, they will strive like anything to make your pet healthy n happy always than a clinic.

Very happy with the service they have provided.. they are experienced and takes very good care of the pups.. they also stay connected with the customers for several suggestions.. i would say that you can go for it and absolutely take their service if you are getting a pet..
