My child is taking all vaccinations from Pawan surekha clinic since birth... He is 2.5 year old now and was suggested to be given BCG again as his mark on his hand wasn't visible. We came to clinic for Vaccination and I was charged 1200 rs as administration charge and 100 rs BCG vaccine cost , a total of 1300rs When I asked that why was I being charged more as on the chart the total cost for BCG vaccination isRs900(total), i was told that my last visit was 3 months ago so I am charged extra.... I told her y should I get my kid to clinic if he is not sick or scheduled for next Vaccination.. What's the point of having a file if they will charge 1200 on every visit....even for mere administration of vaccine.. Inshort they charged me 400rs extra for not visiting them often.... :) THAT WAS MY LAST VISIT .... PLEASE FIND SOME OTHER OPTIONS OVER INTERNET BUT THIS PLACE....

I am NRI. Last week had been to the doctor on recommendation. Firstly, even after booking an app we had to wait for almost 1.5 hours as doctor was late (May be he had some emergency, NO IDEA). Finally, after the wait when our turn came doctor checked my son and said he is completely healthy and his cold is normal. No need to do anything. He asked us about my son's vaccination status and on that I said he is fully vaccinated from Canada. NOW the catch here is they came to know that I am not India. After examining my son the doctor said his assistant outside will guide me with the medication(The assistance who was in the cabin with us). When we came outside she explained all the medication stuff and then when I asked the fees she charged me Rs 1800/-. The doctor's fees is Rs 800/- WHAT A SHAME. PLEASE STOP VISITING THE DOCTOR. THEY ARE ONLY THERE FOR MONEY. MY MISTAKE WAS TAHT I DINT CHECK THE FEES WITH MY FRIEND BEFORE VISITING THE DOCTOR AS I HAD TRUST ON THEM. Very very very very shameful. Feels like going to them again and ask for refund but they will definitely give all stupid reasons of not paying back. And mindful my son had cold. And to examine him they charged Rs 1800/- just because we are not Indians. Because of one such dishonest and shameless, money minded doctors, entire doctors community is blamed. Thank you so much for giving us a reason of not trusting you at all.

My daughter has continues vomiting. After giving domstal still vomiting had not stopped. When I visited Dr pawan Sureka he told me your daughter is active so no need for any medicine just give her domstal which I have already given. Her vomiting had not stopped whole night. And the worst part is he charged Rs1800 fees for nothing. Money minded dr. I won't recommend him to anyone.

Consulted Dr. Urmila Surekha for period irregularity. She had such strong opinion that I should conceive immediately, because I am of the age. While me and my husband very clearly told we have no plans of conceiving immediately, she insisted saying by the time our kid will be 25, we will be 60 plus and won't be able to look after the kids education. It would have really helped if instead she would have given me the solution to regularise my periods.

Worst experience ever. They are just making money. First of all the doctor comes late. Not 10 minutes or 20 minutes late. He comes 2 hrs late. My Appointment was fixed for 9.30 pm but my turn came at 11.30pm. He didn't even prescribed any medicine but charged 2000 for nothing. No solution was provided by the doctor for my son's problem.

I called the dr that my daughter who is 8 months old is having fever (I went 4 times before after reading review) he said come to clinic for check up I went at the clinic and seat for 2 hr in the Q. In Covid situation My number came I went And dr gave me Crocin syrup after taking 800 Rs I told I am already giving from two days he said then give meftal. In 6 hrs gap. Now tel me which parents doesn't knows as baby feel fever 1st medicine is Crocin or Meftal. He could have told me on call also the same thing but he called to to clinic for money. I was out of his cabin in 2mints max. Such a cheap way to earn money. Before also he hardly answer I ask so many things that my daughter is so thin( 5kg weight) he is saying Alia Bhatt is also slim. What kind of reply is it? So disappointed.....

Dr.Urmila Surekha Mamm is really a living goddess on the earth...She takes initaitive of every disease immediately and tries to help us in best possible way ..She is very attentive and intelligent and hard working. ..I have been her patient since 20 yrs...truly....She is not only a great doctor but a philanthropist as well ....She is really a great person i had ever met in my life..

Dr. Pawan Sureka is an amazing doctor .. ya the waiting is too much .. but then people are there coz he is good .. he charges a bomb too ..but if you get an honest advise on ur child s health ..it's worth it .. for fever and basic cold he has standard wait n watch period with medication as prescribed by him and then he will call you to clinic .. and if your child is healthy and there is nothing to worry ..he will exactly tell you the same thing .. don't expect to get a discount on doctor's fees coz there is no extra medication .. be glad that in today's money making hospital business we have doctor's who give us the right advise .. and I love his sense of humour too .. take it with a pinch of salt ..your baby is in good hands ..
