I had my kidney stones removed from the hospital. I must say it is one of the good hospital as also recommended to many of my relatives to this hospital.
Cleanliness wise 0 Caring 0 They ask us for galblader stone operation package is 20k Thereafter this that charges they took approx 40k from us and on each visit they first ask for 300 money than they allow to enter. Never reCommend this hospital.
I went to this hospital cause everyone seems to be talking about this hospital for stones. My brother was diagnosed with some. The staff never did an ultrasound, a required diagnostic procedure check where the stone is and how big it is. They just kept him on glucose for 3 days (some 20 bottles), trying to flush it out naturally. I am all up for natural solutions, but not performing an essential diagnostic procedure is ridiculous and Un-scientific. I bailed out with my brother, only to realize they are just extending the time to make up the hospital bill. I was promised with a guaranteed extraction for Rs 5k within 24 hours. The guys charged me 13k, for postponing the procedure and no results.
Lady doctor (mayimay be his wife) sitting in the pavan Bhatia's cabin wrote me some medicines and I went 2nd time to ask the side affects of the medicines as I was facing some issue with intake of her prescription and she denied to check. Her words were I have to pay the visit charges again. Although I hardly went after 3 days and to just ask about medicine side affects. "BAD SERVICE AND POOR ATTENTION" with zero human values.
