It was an amazing experience with Paws story, my pet champion was there for 2.5 months and everyone including Dakshina (the owner) used to take care of champion with exceptional care. I used to receive videos of him when he was eating, while going for walks, playing, and I or any of my family member used to do video call anytime to know how is he doing. I also remember when champion fell sick, she took him to the best hospital in town which we refer to everytime, and I was surprised to see her level of concern for my champion and she used to give all the updates at that point of time. Now whenever we go somewhere even for hours we leave champion in Paws story because it's the second home to champion. Thank you Dakshina and the whole Paws story family for taking care of every pet that comes in.

We are so glad and fortunate we found Pawstory and Dakshana. Dakshana took care of our hearts (two persian cats) while we had to travel. She took care of them like her own, ran after them to feed them, took all our advice and commentary on what Misty and Smoky liked, and indulged them. Most of all, she indulged us with regular cute little updates on their routine despite how utterly busy this store is. We were very apprehensive initially, but Dakshana not only eased my mum, but also went above and beyond in nurturing our kiddos (even when they hogged her chair, and desk, and computer! xD) Not to mention, she is lovely all around <3. And keeps rescuing geriatic, abandoned and street animals. We will definitely just drop by the store to patron them, and happily board our cats if we ever need to. Thanks a ton Dakshana and Team Pawstory!

love Paw Story and more than that Rico loves Paw Story. Very thankful to Dakshina and all her staff for taking such good care of Rico every-time we keep him there. A very friendly and amazing place to leave your pets in their care. They keep our pets with utmost love and care. The owner and helpers are all very friendly and polite. Thank you so much Paw Story for taking care of my dog and keeping us tension free. Stay blessed.

I left my Baby boy (Zubi) to these people and happiest and best decision i have ever taken. It was the first time i have left Zubi to any pet hostel in 1.5 years. My doggo was here for 2.5 days and they took care of him like anything. Best service ever

So Today I visited this store in jaipur Name paw story They provide all types of food suppliment for dogs -- They also provide pet adoption totally free -- They also train --All the employees were wearing mask -- fully vaccinated -- attaching the images of store inside and outside look -- They also have salon facilities for dogs -- do visit that store -- contact person is Abin #reviewbyck

Not professional grommers, they don't understand the difference between the dead hairs and original hairs. I went to this place twice and both the times it was disappointing. I am not sure if they have certified grommers or just hired anyone without any skills. I will definitely not go to this place again and won't recommend anyone. I can do better grooming than these professional guys who claim themselves as certified professionals.

Everything about this place is great , the way they treat your pets and make them comfortable and how they attend you by making sure that your pet is all good by constantly sending theirs pictures and videos . It is the perfect place to send your pet if you're going somewhere .
