Definitely great choice to get bangles! Lot of collections for bangles starting from 6 grams...unbelievable!! Designs are good too..making charge and wastage affordable.. Customer service is good... Geetha needs special mention for her way of awesome customer service and her keeping up word!

In pavizham lot of collections are there but no enough staffs to handle . Becoming very delay . The staffs are trying their maximum especially mini mam's work s really good. Price also reasonable they will reduce it . Need lot of improvisation. Otherwise good

MY BAD EXPERIENCE AT PAVIZHAM!!! By mistake, we got enrolled to Gold saving scheme in Pavizham. Its fully complete last month and we went from Bangalore to buy jewellery at Pavizham, Coimbatore. We didnt like anything and finally without any choice we selected one, because my money is already locked with their gold saving. In between, that shop lady mentioned "muttalthanama chit potutu, checking antique" (like an idiot ), while we were checking for collection. She mentioned this to me directly. As antique jewellery NOT part of gold chit purchase rule, I paid 50% wastage/making charge.(actual difference between normal and antiqe jewel is only 5%, but we forced to pay 14%, because my money is already with their gold saving account). Finally we bought it Then same day, I noticed there is a damage due to POOR quality work on that new jewellery(attached). Then I took it to them to get it fixed(with my own petrol expense not less then Rs.1000, in sunny weather ). Then they asked us to pay Rs. 500. Do any customer have any choice then requesting them not to do this ? As usual like any regular customer, we asked then why we need to pay extra for their poor quality work, they indirectly mentioned to their collegue in Tamil that's customer foolishness.(arivillama vangitu ponathu evanga thappu). I paid them 500 as they started forcing badly as though everything is normal. My observation: They are well trained on how to act infront of customers. And I never recommend them, because 1. they do not value their customers actually and they dont care, if price is already paid in form of chit. 2. Poor quality work. Any one can recognise that as some jewels look big but not much wight, so can't guaranty the lifetime. This post is about my personal experience.. later I browsed and come across multiple other customer similar bad experience post as well. Common People expectation is atleast get satisfy with either quality, or price or friendlyness, but with my above experience any one can make out I did not get proper quality product, not in term of Price and bad customer experience. Here im not blaming Gold saving scheme. Thats individual choice, BUT invest YOUR MONEY IN RIGHT PLACE, WHERE YOU SEE REAL VALUE.
