THis is my first visit to this hospital, I was on the way to office and asked the receptionist how long I should wait for doctor consultation, she told me 30 minutes, but it took 1.5 hours. This is a really bad impression for me. Hospital is good with clean and neat environment; I feel Doctor is also expert. He behaved in a better way. I have a very small issue, ear wax clean, but it charged Rs. 950/- I feel it is too high in Marthandam location. Otherwise, everything is good.
Treatment may be ok. Felt unsafe for women to go alone. No value for Patients/visitors time. Your patience will be tested.
Good doctor, patient friendly treatment wise very much satisfied ....only bad remark is the receptionist girl...being rude & dosent respond properly through phone & directly also....sir kindly advice that person to behave well to patient attenders

Your patience will be greatly tested. Doctor has no sense on valuing patients time. He comes much later than the time mentioned in the hospital and takes about 20 minutes per patient. I have to say he uses mearly 5 minutes for the patients and remaining 15 minutes talking nonsense. And the most irritating part is he will waste about 10 minutes talking to his staff inbetween every patient visit. For a consultation waiting for 2 to 3 hours is little too much in today's fast paced world.

Mr.Paul is One of the best ENT doctors in NAGERCOIL. Such a talented doctor I have ever met! Very quick diagnosis and perfect treatment Cons: Need to wait a bit long for his appointment ,However worth waiting. I highly recommend him for any ENT issues and surgeries
