Pattabiram E depot local railway station very nice ever one hour time to time local train is available in the station. Not to crowd this station.workig people helpful for this service First train 3.20 am Chennai Central next 5.30 ,6.35, 7.40 ,10.30,11.25, Chennai Central And one train to Velachery 8.45 am in morning time. Next afternoon train is 12.30 pm, 13.40, 14.30, 15.10 16.35, 17.30, 18.50 19.35 pm. chennai central. Next Velachery train 20.25 pm and Last train is avadi 23.55 pm
nice station nice atmosphere but the station has only one track and trains are not very frequent in weekdays (Monday to Saturday) and in sunday its worst scenario there will be no train service from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and you need to take bus for avadi if you want yo go somewhere if the trains are there for atleast once a hour in sunday it will be better.
Not at all worth waiting No punctuality maintained by Indian Railways in this route. Already one hour is the gap between each train timing.

It's a simple small railway station with hourly trains to Chennai Central ( Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station ) and several trains that directly runs to Chennai Beach station. The place has no proper lights which leaves the places dark at night and feels insecure. A small ticket counter to assist you.
Good railway station, with bus stops near by . But the people at ticket counter don't understand the language of local people which is becoming headache for the locals. Also this is the last station in this route and frequency of train is limited, it is 1 train per hour.
