Patratu Dam - Tourist attraction in Labga - Ramgarh, India

Patratu dam is great place to spent time. Adventure, boating, children park, food stall everything is here. Multiple type of boating options are available for adults and children. By spent few amount you can enjoy the cruise ride which is JTDC under taken. Free street parking and paid parking is also available. Local boating option is also available. Summer boating closing time is 6:30pm. We enjoyed lots.

Just an ok place. It's just like a lake, only that you have some water activities here like speed boat, cruise, kayaks, etc. There is a nice park near the lake and the kids will really enjoy their time here. The drive to Patratu to Ranchi is wonderful with top quality roads winding up and down through the brown-green hilly landscape of the area. We did speed boating for Rs750 (full boat -- 4 people). It's a little pricey as the total ride lasted for just 5 minutes. Avoid coming here on sunny days though. On pleasant winter days / cloudy days this can be a decent outing. Again, nothing great. Decent.

Patratu dam attracts tourist as well as localities for boating activities. Located around 40kms from ranchi city. A new resort has recently opened near the dam. There are 4 types of boats available namely, speed fast boat, chikara,a normal boat, a large steamer boat. Its a good picnic spot with ample space for parking as well.

An earthen dam where tourists have many water sports to engage in.The boat club provides speed boats and pedal boats to roam in the reservoir.

It has good children park and fantastic lake for boating. One can enjoy jetski, shikara boat or speed boat. 4 kms upwards towards ranchi it has selfie point which gives picturesque view for the photography.
