Few things i would like to tell you about this company and there facility's, which you will get:- 8 hours working time, 2 day week off as Saturday and Sunday, one time snack facility and During the OT you are eligible for lunch too, Good environment/atmosphere, job security. Overall we can say that the Patra India is a A1 MnC company.
I have done work here approx 1 year. I have nothing against company , just want to give you my honest review. Pros- Good and Clean premises, 2days leave in a week (sat-sun), Nice environment and People's, and Feels like educational institute. Cons- salary is the biggest problem here they paid very less as compare to other MNCs. Seniors play politics regarding promotions. This job is good if you don't have any job but please don't go there with big expectations because it is nothing. Useless work , work as per timing, there is a time limit for everything even you go to toilet you have to start timer for that. Pressure work. If you are serious for your life and future I recommend you don't go there. Instead of that you can study and do some other work.
It's a nice place I only visited there for once it looks good I haven't got the chance to go inside so I can't tell how's the inside office looks like but it seems like a good place and that's all.
