Never buy anything from this show room. Salesman to management all are lier & fraud. They can tell you anything to sale the product & when you call for repair in warranty period they will show you the real dirty face, character of them & u will spend money from yr side to repair, company management no one is going to help you they will blame each other.

Very impressive environment in the shop. Most important part they are very friendly in nature. Just tell them your budget and requirement they will show you good products accordingly at reasonable price. Hassle-free paperwork and registration with quick delivery. I am gonna suggest everyone to purchase from this shop.

Sales person behaviour was good. They have good knowledge about the products and price was reasonable.

Very bad service i have been waiting for since 3 day but still i am not getting the AC.

Very poor service I brought a Cooler with it's remote but the remote of the cooler is not working I complan to Patra Electronics but he doesn't respond.

The sales man explained me about AC, then he told me the final discussion will done by our manager. When we went to manager very rude and bad person even don't know how to talk with customer. Even his behaviour also very bad. I am suggesting to Patra Electronic don't placed this type of guy ultimate your sales going to hamper.

Don't go to this Patra electronics. I have went to Patra electronics for AC. Saleman man explain about the features Ac installation has been done.I have found that features is not avialable in that AC Then i contact to salesman.He did'nt listen to me . Don't go to this Patra electronics all are fraud
