Bad service by manager... way of talking is very poor... keeps customers waiting for final price and even after that, he doesn't give appropriate price at all... I'm very disappointed with the manager

Worst experience and custumer service not good means We bought an Ac (gudrej) (1.5 ton) on this shop 2 boys come and how they fitting the Ac, ac is not cooling.....then we call shop then 2 boys come again and fit it..... But the ac does not cold we call to shop for the complaint but they don't receive my call they cut the call again and again i Am very disappointed........ Customer service not good

I had a very worst experience. When you visit this shop, you will get a very warm welcome and a very well trained demonstration. The salesmen will follow you beyond expectations till ready to purchase.But once you purchase and pay the bill,than they are treating the purchaser as unknown customer. They will not listen to your any type of complain regarding the purchased products. The so called managers are sitting just to avoid your complain. So, whenever someone entering to this shop must think several times,since all products we can find in their exclusive show room

Excellent demonstration by brand advisor. Explained all the features of TV. Happy to purchase Panasonic Brand. But one complaint against the store, the model which i have purchased they have only 1 pc stock. The demo model which shown in the shop they billed me. They don't have enough stock. They are selling used products.
