In fact it's one of the oldest chai shops in South Goa, that is more than 50years old.

Although it's super busy place specially on mornings and on weekends, you might end u waiting for 30-40 mins but it's worth the wait .
For my week-long stay at Palolem, I always found myself going back to this rustic old spot that serves simple home style breakfast at extremely affordable rates. This place has been around for generations and has been a local favourite for all of Patnem and Palolem.
I tasted their entire spread over a week and I have no complaints - Veg Puffs, Banana Bun, Samosa, Pav Curry, Biscuits and Chai everything was on point and delicious.
And no, you're not the first one to ask them to reheat their food or provide you with ketchup, please don't. They're set in their ways and let them be, that's what keeps them unapologetically authentic. Thanks.

They have 3 type of buns...1 is softer and other 2 are hard. So order accordingly

One of the oldest breakfast joints in patnem (just about 1 KM from palolem in south goa) must visit if you are in south. Usually this place is filled with foreigners, don't know why Indian tourists are not visiting this. The taste was awesome, try their omelette and bun you won't be disappointed and samosas.
I came here nearly every morning during my 5.5 week stay in Patnem. I can safely call this one of my favorite places anywhere in the world. The brothers are just the kindest, friendliest people. Coming here and having the delicious food and best chai ever were the highlights of my day. This place is a global treasure that will always be in my heart!
This place is such a gem. It is small but very clean and serves delicious food. The owner is friendly, and the quirky decor makes the ambience welcoming. Do try the ginger tea and omelette pav.

We had breakfast here twice during our stay in Patnem Beach in October and both times it was excellent. Great service too. Fresh fruit and muesli was delicious, turmeric porridge yummy and Shashuka very good ( could have done with some chilli though)
A wonderful experience being here. The staff is great, the ambience is beautiful and it's at a walking distance from at least two beaches. Beautiful murals decorate the walls and the architecture is very pleasing to the eyes.
