Patnem Beach Park - Hotel in Canacona - South Goa, India

Excellent place to stay. Very spacious rooms and has a great view from the balcony. Well maintained flat with a good service. 10/10 for the complementary breakfast. The staffs were very friendly and they suggested some good places to visit nearby. One of the best places to stay in Patnem with all the amenities.

Great place to stay for family and groups. It's a gated society with 24 hour gate security and Society office to take care of all your stay needs. Rooms are Spacious and has facility for cooking as well. The Room cleaning is also available on request and the all the staff members are very helpful and polite. Parking is available for both two wheelers and four wheelers. Swimming Pool is available for everyone. Walking distance to Patnem beach.

This is my second stay at this place because for the value it provides. Location - right next to the highway and 5 min drive to the beach Parking - available Kitchen - Fully functional kitchen with all utensils, freeze, microwave, stove etc. Please clean the used stuffs before you leave. Room - Room is also very spacious with working ac, cupboard, iron table, extra pillows, safe box etc. Bathroom is nice and clean with hot water. Living room has TV, wifi, sofa, dining table, cloth drying hangers etc. There are 2 balcony's as well to sit and relax. There was also a washing machine in one of the balcony's which was a nice surprise. Overall I prefer to stay here to relax as its a quiet location where you can prefer to work during the say and cook your own food if you want. And whenever you feel bored, beach is 5 mins away. Highly recommended and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Had a good experience in the hotel. Rooms are very spacious, well maintained hygiene, easy accessible from the main road. Not to forget the food from its sister hotel, tubki restaurant, food was delicious.

Comfortable property to stay in South Goa. This is particularly the only place close to Patnem Beach in affordable rates and great security. You will feel modern and local touch while staying here. It has a great pool in center too.

Recently stayed at this location for a night. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews to this location. It was really pathetic experience. Rooms were unclean, in dire need of maintenance, floor was not even washed, walls need painting, intercom not functional etc... I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Also, the location is not that great but then they don't charge so much.

Nice place to stay in South goa. You will love the place. It is very peaceful also Rajbagh beach and Patenam beaches are within walking distance. Palolem beach is also very close to around 3 km. The market area is also very close to this place. So you can get everything there. Every Saturday a larger vegetable market also happens where you can buy all the veggies at best prices else there are normal vegetable shops.

very good experience. neat & clean flat , good location, co-operative staffs and peaceful place that all visitors expect . I recommend all my friends to stay here while visit to goa. I stay here with family. very comfortable and safe place for family. their basuri restaurant is also serving testy and hygiene food.
