Cool place, very personal and private. The room we got had a big bathroom but unfortunately the ceiling was constantly leaking whenever it rained. In fact the leaking became so bad that I thought the ceiling would fall down. Good location, very close to the beach. You can just take a small pathway to the beach, avoid driving around. Pity it didn't have a laundry room, had lines to hang wet clothes. The manager was kind and polite, helped us to get a rent bike.
Accessibility from Patnem beach is hardly 2 minutes. Good behaviour of staff. They should provide mosquito nets as it's a menace after sunset. Special mention for the bathroom which is unique in itself.
Today I have been cheated here. For a 3 night stay day 1 went without AC in 1 of the 2 rooms. When we wanted to cancel and move away Syed there demanded more money and charged 2500/- extra on top of our 1 day stay. This place is not for kids and full of fraudulent practices. Be aware Note to owner: not sure if you are aware of extra money charged. If so, please return it.

Great room in a quiet location, minutes away from the beach. The owner is friendly and so helpful. The room was spacious and clean, hot water, comfortable bed and seating area outside, highly recommend!
I had a wonderful stay here. A big thanks to the manager sayyad who is a kind guy and always available for his guests. Beach is at the walking distance and the cottage is all surrounded by greenery which is well maintained and gives you calm and close to nature vibe. Patnem beach is less crowded beach so one can have a chill time with his friends and family. This place does not have restaurant so you need to be dependent on local restaurants/cafes for beverages and food though there are lot of cool cafes around its worth to visit.
Rooms are clean n cozy,washroom is also good. Syed at the property is kind n very helpful. It's just 100mtrs from the beach. Only advise is to arrange tea/coffee powder, milk as they already provide kettle in the rooms.
