This Hospital is just made to loot people with lots of hidden charges. I REALLY DON'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THERE UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU WANT TO FLEW YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY UNNECESSARILY. Just let them know that you have Medical Insurance nd just see how they start looting you at the name of unnecessary doctor visits, staff visits and more other reasons. My son got admitted in this hospital, they took advance money during admission and took more than 2 hours in admission procedure saying to complete formalities with Insurance Company. By luck we met a kind hearted nurse over there who said to let the patient rest on one of the vacant beds till the procedure completes. They are so manipilulative with their services and facilities like Room and other facilities. They put AC rooms named as Deluxe Rooms to charge extra from the patient. Mrs. Afsha Ma'am (Insurance Dept) over there is so manipulative, arrogant and Rude. At the time of admission, she asked to charge Rs. 800 extra as per day charge if we want to opt for AC room and no other extra charges would be taken. My son was admitted for 2 days over there. In insurance claim, they mentioned 3 days charges inspite of 2 days and other unnecessary doctor and medical staff visit charges. 6-7 doctors visits each time just to ask if patient is okay, they don't take any pulse check, vitals check etc. Just to add on as their doctor visit charges. From advance payment of 5k, I just got Rs. 500 back that too after so many discussions.

Very bad mediclaim department. Mediclaim officer Afsa Menon is the worst. No process and bad management. No empathy for the patient ,just wanted to run their business and torturing patients.

Patidar Hospital is a unique Hospital where We feel Excellent for our beloved family member to whom they are providing their best services and also behaviour of Staff is excellent. One thing we want to mention that"cleanliness" in lobby and other open area should be improved.

This hospital is very useless, none of the staff here is of any use, they don't do any work properly, they just loot the patient's money, later they spoil the case and say that take them somewhere else from here.

Worst hospital with useless facilities... We did MRI & the quality of the MRI copies was blur so not useful to find the fault, at the end waste of huge money. Manager told us their machine is 3.0 tesla, but output is not up to the mark so only based on written report further treatment we need to follow (can't see fault on photo copy as its blur) Better to go other place for MRI...as first reason is its very important to get correct and clear results so any Doctor can help us to resolve the injuries in the right direction.....Lost of Money is second season.

A grand salute and thanks to Administrator, Doctors, Nursing staff and House keeping for their lovable caring and medication for my daughter Ashmeera in a very critical condition. Motivation, love and homely atmosphere are the best suppliments along with drugs and medicines which not only boosted patient's confidance but also increase faith of attenders who are in great pressure . I and my family are really great full from the deep of my heart and wish that the work you people are doing will always got a support from Almighty God and you people will always be there in the prayers of your patients. We got referred here from Pushpa mission in ICCU. Initial deposit which they took is Rs20000 which is on higher side. Per day in ICCU cost you around Rs7000 but facilities are good. Only medical center is available at grond floor and if youe patient is on 2nd floor and its some exercise for you. ICCU's waiting area is big enough for 30 people but when your patient is shifted from ICU never prefer room which are connected to this waiting area. People make a lot of noise. Common washroom is pathetic. Small canteen is available at the group floor and you get tea biscuit easily. Parking is not sufficient and the in front bridge makes the front road very small, cars are tough to drive. We shifted our patients to ultradelux room which was very good and you need deep pocket. Doctors are very good and experienced. They don't have in-house MRI which is not good as you need to carry your patients to private lab in an ambulance. Overall : Since it's a private hospital, it will.cost you money but Doctors are good and can treat your patients quickly.
