An amazing place for a weekend getaway, amazing hosts and a real visual retreat amidst beautiful farms in the village. Stay was great as well. Would totally recommend.

Pathayam Inn offer you cozy, rustic home stays and offers you a peaceful ambience. The place is easily accessible if you are travelling by your own vehicle and is open 24x7. The rooms are neat with facilities like AC, geyser. Kids have lots of play area and farm fields to explore.

This farm stay is good for those who plan their trip with friends as certain amenities not availablefor family. Food was awesome and the lady who cooks ask the food menu each & every time from us including evening snacks preparation. Good scenic place to relax. Such a calm place.

Never ever look to book this place. For one, I have never been there. Booked it for the Christmas week in 2020. Was assured by the owner that there was a kitchen and food available at the hotel. Later, by chance happened to check and figured out that there was no food available. We were to travel with our elderly parents and two small children. We paid an advance which even after numerous follow ups, never got refunded. That tells you the whole story of the integrity of the people running the place. Please avoid at any cost.

This place is in a village 3-4kms from Tiruvannamalai. A place to relax away from hustle bustle of the city. Artistically made so people who wish to organise a retreat or take some time to write/read or even do some photostoot may consider this place. Nice farmhouse with all basic amenities(lights, fan, geyser & AC) & internet connectivity is also good. There are few rooms in the main building with terrace, kitchen & a big hall. There are 2 cottage kind of structure with rooms, library & kitchen for guests. The room where we stayed was for Rs 1850 (inclusive if taxes) per night. The food price was separate - the lady in charge of food(Ms Swarna) is very good & takes atmost care & gives food based on your preference. Overall a good place - the price seems a little high for a village so if you wish to stay longer try checking other options as well.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. They are big time cheaters as they don't have a fixed price for rooms the owner lady charged 1500 for a/c room and 2000 for non a/c. There is no hot water facility in both a/c and non a/c rooms and toilet is not attached in non a/c and there is no compound for the toilet not at all safe for women. There are paddy fields surrounding this place with mosquito infestation. Non a/c room given to us was a kitchen turned room as it had slab sink and unmeshed window for which I was charged 2k. Non a/c rooms has an unmeshed ventilation wherein a bat had come and crept below the cot. They don't bother to clean the room not change sheets. Once when we left the key for cleaning they never cleaned and led a rat into the room which chewed on the bedspread but still they did not bother changing. The owner overcharged us(by adding rent for more days than our stay)and when we brought this to her notice she was not at all sorry for overcharging. We were a group of people and only those who noticed about overcharging we're refunded others she never bothered. We had also asked them to provide breakfast at extra charge but the plates they gave us was not cleaned properly and left out with dogs roaming around. l will definitely not recommended this place and if anyone wants to stay make money matter clear with them.
